Our Take
Samsung's current flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S25 Ultra sits at the very top of the Android market. Built around a titanium frame and packing a built-in S Pen, it's aimed squarely at power users and productivity-focused buyers willing to pay premium prices. It competes directly with Apple's iPhone 16 Pro Max and Google's Pixel 9 Pro XL.
Key Features
Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the fastest chip in any 2025 Android handset
6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with 1–120Hz adaptive refresh rate
Integrated S Pen stylus stored in the device chassis, with pressure sensitivity for note-taking and sketching
Quad-camera system headlined by a 200MP main sensor, plus 50MP ultrawide and dual telephoto lenses
Galaxy AI suite including live call translation, Note Assist, and on-device processing for select tasks
5,000mAh battery with 45W wired and 15W wireless charging
Our Verdict
Buy the S25 Ultra if you genuinely need the S Pen, want the finest Android display available, and use your phone as a productivity tool. If stylus input doesn't appeal, the standard S25+ offers very similar core performance for considerably less money, making the Ultra a hard sell purely on camera or speed grounds.
